Additional Requirements:

If your paper is accepted for publication at this conference, you will also need to adhere to the following requirements:

  • IEEE policy requires that you send us a signed Copyright Form for each paper. Without this form, we can NOT publish your article.
  • REMINDER: At least one author per paper must be registered AND attend the conference to present their paper.
  • In order to reduce the number of duplicate registrations and the overall costs to authors with multiple papers, APEC is introducing a paper fee for 2014. The paper fee is less than the cost of a Technical Session Registration and is applicable to those authors with two or more accepted papers. Fees are: $500 non-members, $400 members, and $200 students. Fees will be applied during the registration process to those authors who wish to register more than one of their papers. Each paper still requires one registration per paper.
  • IEEE reserves the right to exclude any accepted paper from distribution after the conference (including, removal from IEEE Xplore) if the accepted paper is not presented at the conference.
