There will be a large number of posters presented during the three days of the conference. To make the sessions run smoothly, we ask for your cooperation as a poster exhibitor.

• All posters should be put up on Monday morning and left up for almost the entire conference. We ask that you do not remove your poster until Wednesday after lunch.
• The placement of your poster will be marked on the panel, where it will be presented with the number of your poster contribution (e.g. A2P-S). Look for your number in the conference program.
• The size of the poster panel that is available to each presenter is:
     42 INCHES (106 cm) wide and 46 INCHES (116 cm) high
• You are free to choose one large poster or many smaller posters, as long as they fit in the provided panel area
• The title of your poster should appear at the top in CAPITAL letters about 25mm high.
• Below the title put the author(s) name(s) and affiliation(s). The flow of your poster should be from the top left to the bottom right.

The poster will be attached to the panel by means of point pins, which will already be available on the poster panel. If you need more pins, please contact the person responsible for the poster session. After you have removed your poster, please leave the pins on the board. No scotch tape etc. is allowed.
